ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7214 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5025 of 2024 dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CRL MP NO. 1510 of 2025 29.04.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in every month i.e., 1st and 15th working day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7214 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5025 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024 is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
