The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioners in the order of this Court dated 15.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25177 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
