Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the 3rd respondent in his Reference No.2290/ME2/2004 dated 24.09.2004, quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to allow the petitioner to write the VIVA examination starting from 1.10.2004 and other future examinations enabling the petitioner to complete the course.
