This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition 7[b] imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28202 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as directed by this Court on 07.02.2025, the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the respondent Police. He further submitted that the major part of the investigation is over, hence, he prayed for modification of the condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) also confirmed that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for a period of one week. He further submitted that the major part of the investigation has been over and the respondent Police are also ready to file the final report.
4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition, thereby, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28202 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chengalpattu, on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and he shall also report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation."
