ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.25669 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court from the month of October, 2024. C.C.No.2273 of 2023 is on 22.01.2025.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25669 of 2024 on 18.10.2024 in 6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore on 22.01.2025 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.
