ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.25667 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 56 days. He would further submit that a final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore in C.C.No.265 of 2021 and next hearing date is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

on 06.01.2025.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25667 of 2024 on 18.10.2024 in 6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore on 06.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
