This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner 'shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, K8, Arumbakkam Police Station everyday at 06.30 pm., until further orders' in Crl.O.P.No.28981 of 2024 on 20.11.2024.

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 33 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28981 of 2024 on 20.11.2024 in para No.7(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.
