ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 296(b), 118(1), 109, 351(3) of BNS 2023 in Crime No.471 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that due to wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner has abused the de-facto complainant in filthy language and also assaulted him with knife. kkd submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner is said to have attacked the defacto complainant and caused grievous injuries. He would submit that the petitioner has abused the defacto complainant in filthy language. He further submitted that the petitioner is involved in two previous cases, which are similar in nature.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the gravity of the offence and the petitioner is already involved in two previous cases, of similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
