PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.A1/23769/2003, dated 22.10.2003, of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to cultivate the crops in their lands in S.F.No.1872/2.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the impugned order passed by the third respondent / the District Collector, Karur, in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A1/23769/2003, dated 22.10.2003.
2. When the matter was taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the present writ petitioner had already filed a writ petition before the Madurai Bench of this Court challenging the very same impugned order dated 22.10.2003 and the Madurai Bench of this Court dismissed the same, vide W.P.Nos.10144, 5521 and 5522 of 2004, dated 31.08.2009.
3. Therefore, since the writ petition filed by the very same writ petitioner challenging the very same impugned order dated 22.10.2003 got dismissed by the Madurai Bench of this Court as stated above, the present writ petition is also dismissed.
