This petition is filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for respondent 1, Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel for respondent 5 and Mr.K.Vinod, learned counsel for respondent 6.

Despite notice having been served upon the respondents 2 to 4, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 102 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 102 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
