ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is hailing from Andhra Pradesh hence, he was not able to produce the blood surety and he is under the custody for the past 11 months after getting bail. Hence, he seeks to modify the surety.

2. The reason assigned by the petitioner is satisfactory. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two normal sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
3. Further, this Court is inclined to grant further two weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. 23-01-2025 To Note: Issue Order copy on 24.01.2025.
