PRAYER The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the Petitioners minor daughter namely Akilarasi, who is aged about 16 years before this Honourable Court from the custody of 3 rd respondent and handover to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's minor daughter namely, Akilarasi, aged about 16 years before this Court from the custody of 3 rd respondent and handover to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue is produced by the respondent Police before this Court. We have interacted with the detenue. Upon interaction, the detenue stated that she had left her home owing to certain domestic disputes and that she is now willing to go with her parents. Accordingly, the detenue is permitted to go with her parents.
