ORDER

Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this petition, the delay is condoned, on condition, the petitioner/appellant pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the credit of 'Chief Justice Relief Fund', within a period of one week from today, failing compliance, the condone delay petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
