This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition has become infructous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
