This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.M.Murali Vinodh, learned counsel for the petitioner/ appellant and Mr.J.Ananthasekar, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
