C.M.P.Nos.44, 47 and 50 of 2025 in S.A.No.1517 of 2007 and M.P.No.1 of 2007 T.V.THAMILSELVI , J, These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 256 days in filling the above Appeal, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent as the respondents 3 to 6 in the above appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
3.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these petitions are allowed.
