O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to issue the Certificate of Registration in form No.6 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules signed by him with two Certified copy of the by-laws as deemed to have been registered under Rule 7(7) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules and Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. 2.

Since there is no representation for the petitioner, on 18.07.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 19.07.2017. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
