O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to close the loan account of the petitioner and release the property documents and issue No Due Certificate within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a woman entrepreneur and she availed loan from the respondent Bank and she paid the entire loan amount, however, 'No due Certificate' was not issued to the petitioner and thereby, the petitioner sent a letter on 11.08.2025, however, the respondent Bank has not taken any action. Hence, this Writ Petition has been filed. He would further submit that the petitioner has paid the loan amount and the balance amount of Rs.30,000/- as claimed by the respondent Bank has also been paid by the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that as on today if any due is payable, the same may be directed to be paid by the

petitioner and if there is no due payable, the respondent, on satisfying that the entire loan amount is paid, will issue No Due Certificate to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, if any due is payable, the petitioner is directed to pay the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the said due, the respondent is directed to issue No Due Certificate and release the property documents within a period of two weeks thereafter.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
