The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.31 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 28.01.2025 on the following reasons: Considering the fact that a sum of Rs.17 lakhs has been transacted to this petitioner and it needs detailed investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Without any change in circumstances, the present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
