PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to Tender No.GEM/2025/B/6615007 dated 27.08.2025 floated by the first respondent and quash the same insofar as it provides for awarding 100% of the contract to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), who have quoted price within L-1 + 15% margin upon matching the non-MSE price and consequently, direct the first respondent to modify the tender conditions to restrict such award to only 25% of the items covered by the impugned tender to MSEs in accordance with Public Procurement Policy for MSEs Order, 2012.
