ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the modified condition that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kanchipuram Town Police Station, Kanchipuram at 10.30 a.m. once in 15 days till the disposal of Criminal Appeal in Crl.M.P.No.10628 of 2025 in Crl.A.No. 1552 of 2024 dated 12.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.10628 of 2025 in Crl.A.No. 1552 of 2024 dated 12.06.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kanchipuram Town Police Station, Kanchipuram at 10.30 a.m. once in a month for another period two months.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
