This petition has been filed to amend the name of the respondent police in the petition and order in Crl.O.P.No.30667 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024 as J-9, Thuraipakka Police Station instead of J-1, Thuraipakkam Police Station whenever it appears.

2.Both the parties have no objection for carrying out the amendment.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.30667 of 2024, dated 10.12.2024 and issue fresh order copy.
