2. In the order dated 18.12.2024 made in W.P.No.38306 of 2024 the following typographical errors have crept in and the same may be corrected: i) In the cause title the name of the first petitioner is shown as K.P.Dinesh Kumear. The Registry is directed to correct the name of the petitioner as K.P.Dinesh Kumar. ii) In the cause title it is shown as the petitioners 6 to 8 represented by their father and natural guardian 5th petitioner. The Registry is directed mention as the 6th petitioner represented by her father and natural guardian 4th petitioner/K.M.Govindarajan and the petitioners 7 and 8 are represented by their father and natural guardian 5th petitioner/K.M.Sankaran.

iii) In paragraph No.4, line No.3 from last, of the order, the name of the petitioner is mentioned as K.P.Dinsesh Kumar, the same may be mentioned as K.P.Dinesh Kumar (the first petitioner).

iv) In paragraph No.5, line No.3 it is shown as Konda Reddy, the same may be mentioned as Konda Reddis. v) Paragraph No.6 reads as follows:

"6. As far as the petitioners 9, 10 and 11, it is stated that they are the sister's children of the Mr.K.M.Parthasarathy, we do not think we can pronounce upon their status in these proceedings. ....." The same may be mentioned as follows:- "6. As far as the petitioners 9 and 10, it is stated that they are the sister's children of Mr.K.M.Parthasarathy and the 11th petitioner is the husband of the 2nd petitioner K.P.Durgalakshmi, we do not think we can pronounce upon their status in these proceedings. ....."

3. The Registry is directed to carryout the above corrections in the order copy and issue a corrected order copy.
