ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.3, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P. No.13737 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.7365 of 2024, dated 03.10.2024, that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, O.T. Police Station, Cuddalore District daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial MagistrateII, Cuddalore. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.3, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P. No.13737 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.7365 of 2024, dated 03.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Cuddalore on 08.01.2025 at 10:30 a.m., thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
