This petition is filed to condone the delay of 965 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment passed by the learned Sessions Judge, District Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Villupuram, in S.C.No.229 of 2018, dated 30.11.2022 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
