ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.3, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P. No.13741 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.7367 of 2024, dated 03.10.2024, that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, O.T. Police Station, Cuddalore District daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in S.C.No.35 of 2024 before the Additional District Judge, Chidambaram and posted for appearance of the accused on 10.01.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.3, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P. No.13741 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.7367 of 2024, dated 03.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional District Judge, Chidambaram on 10.01.2025, thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
