It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) that the trial in Spl.S.C.No.121 of 2023 on the file of the POCSO Fast Tract Court, Puducherry, in connection with Crime No.164 of 2021, has been completed on 30.12.2024 and the petitioner was sentenced with one year imprisonment and since the period of incarceration has already been undergone by the petitioner, he was released on bail, therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
