This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 195 days in filing the above Criminal Revision case against the order dated 09.12.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.13706 of 2024 on the file of the I Additional Special Judge Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 195 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
