ORDER
The contempt petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 02.09.2010 in W.P.No. 9771 of 2007.
2. The presence of the second respondent is recorded and further presence is dispensed with.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, it submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the community certificate has since been issued. However, it is made subject to the outcome of the batch of writ petition No. 3239 of 2025 etc., pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.
4. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed. Needless to mention that the petitioner can also implead herself in the said batch of writ petitions and defend her position if necessary by citing the earlier order that is passed in W.P.No. 9771 of 2007.
