ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This writ of Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to direct the second respondent to produce the petitioner's husband Vijiyasaradhi s/o.Selvam.
2. The detenue is the husband of the petitioner, the detenue suddenly left the matrimonial home and disappeared. Thus, the habeas corpus petition came to be instituted. The second respondent secured the detenue at Bangalore and produced before this Court.
3. We have examined both the petitioner and the detenue. The petitioner and the detenue got married and the petitioner is the legally wedded wife of the detenue. The petitioner made an allegation that the detenue married another women as second wife and the marriage is invalid. However, the grievances in this regard is to be redressed by approaching the competent Court of law. As far as, the detenue informed that he is ready and willing to resume the matrimonial home with the petitioner. Since, the detenue is not under illegal detention, further adjudication on the habeas corpus petition is unnecessary.
The matrimonial dispute if any exist is to be resolved by approaching the competent Court of law.
