ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2025 for burial ground in Nallakutlaalli Village survey No.123.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's village people are using the burial ground in nallakutlaali Village S. No.123 for many years. The said survey number is poromboke land. Therefore, the Panchayat President has sent a letter on 02.09.2021 to the second respondent to construct a burial ground in the above survey number. Thereafter, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 24.06.2025 for construction of the burial ground in S.No.123 in Nallakutlaali Village and the same was not considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be
passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
