This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 240 days in filing the above appeal.

2.There was no representation on behalf of the 1st respondent. 3.Mr.M.Murali Vinoth, learned counsel, who takes notice for the 2nd respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered. 4.The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.SR.No.157100 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order, and to print the name of Mr.M.Murali Vinoth, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent in the cause list and list the same in the usual course.

5.It is made clear that the petitioner will not be entitled for any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
