This application has been filed seeking to bring identification witness on record in order to prove the execution of the Will.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff submits that both the attesting witnesses to the Will executed by the deceased Smt.Seethalakshmi Ammal died. Therefore, he seeks to bring the identification witness on record to identify the signatures of the attesting witnesses as well as testatrix.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. The applicant/petitioner is permitted to examine Mr.Hariharan C.S., son of Late Mr.Subramaniam C.H. on 29.10.2025 for recording evidence. 13.10.2025 kal
