2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

" the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai", within a week from the date of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis receipt of copy of this order."
