O R D E R
This revision seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.1169 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. 1/4
2. I called for a report from the learned Family Judge, Coimbatore on 08.01.2025.
3. The learned Additional Family Judge, Principal Family Court (FAC) Coimbatore has sent a report stating that when the case was pending for enquiry, both the parties were referred to mediation and mediation report is awaited and the case stands posted on 13.03.2025. The learned Additional Family Judge, Principal Family Court (FAC), Coimbatore has stated that on the Co-operation of the parties, the Court could dispose the case in H.M.O.P.No.1169 of 2022 within a period of three months.
4. Taking into consideration the report submitted by the learned Additional Family Judge, Principal Family Court (FAC), Coimbatore, I am inclined to grant four months (excluding the vacation period) from the date of report to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1169 of 2022.
5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. 2/4
No costs.
