This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.119 of 2024 registered under Sections 296, 115(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of BNS Act, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) on instructions submitted that investigation completed in the FIR and charge sheet was filed in e-filing No.LTN20230003011C202500191 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry.

3. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
