ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to learned Trial Judge to dispose of the suit in OS.No.271 of 2024 within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. The defendants 1 and 2 in the suit are the revision petitioners. The main suit has been filed seeking declaration of title and injunction in respect of "A" schedule property or in alternatively seeking preliminary decree in respect of "B" Schedule Property.

3. There are 36 defendants in the suit. A perusal of the remarks submitted by the learned Trial Judge would indicate that the written statement of the defendants 34 to 36 has not been filed so far. The averment in the plaint would indicate that defendants 34 to 36 are only formal parties. The suit was filed in the year 2024 and the contesting defendants already filed their written statement.

4. Taking into consideration the said fact, the learned trial judge is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
