ORDER
Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, on 09.10.2025 this Court suspended the sentence imposed on the petitioner with one of the conditions that he shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, to the satisfaction of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai. He further submitted that since the petitioner is a daily wage, he is unable to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, hence, the same may be modified.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, paragraph No.4 (a) of the order dated 09.10.2025 shall be replaced as follows:
" 4 (a). the petitioner / accused is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Metropolitan Fast Track Court No.I, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai."
4. Registry is directed to incorporate the above paragraph No.4(a) quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.
