ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner by threatening him in the name of registering false cases pertaining to constructing building in his own land by interfering in the civil matter.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that already enquiry in C.S.R. No.891 of 2024 was conducted and the same was closed as civil in nature and therefore, there is no harassment.
