Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first Respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2022 and conduct a proper enquiry afresh and initiate appropriate action against the actual persons involved in the irregularities and mismanagement of the Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihoods Mission (TNSRLM), Tiruporur Block, Chengalpattu District.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2022 and conduct a proper enquiry afresh and initiate appropriate action against the actual persons involved in the irregularities and mismanagement of the Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihoods Mission, Thiruporur Block, Chengalpattu.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that when the petitioner submitted a 2/5
representation on 14.07.2022, whistleblowing certain commissions and omissions, the respondents without properly considering the representations, have taken action against the wrong person by named one Sumathy and nonemployed her. It was only Sumathy who had been performing her duties diligently and was properly conducting the programmes. Instead of punishing the other persons who are responsible for the omissions and commissions, the respondents have acted in a wrongful manner. Therefore, the petitioner now seeks to take action on the representation and to initiate appropriate action.
3. The prayer in the writ petition is to consider the representation dated 14.07.2022 and only based on the said representation, which was submitted by third parties, the Government took action. It is stated that the said Sumathy feeling aggrieved, has already filed W.P.No.20846 of 2023 and the same is pending adjudication. In that view of the matter, the matter can be adjudicated in the said writ petition itself. Since action has already been taken with reference to the representation dated 14.07.2022, there is no question of once again reviewing or revisiting the action taken by the respondents especially when the matter is already pending before this Court. Therefore, if 3/5
the petitioner wants to support Sumathy, liberty is given to the petitioner to get impleaded in the pending writ petition. The prayer made by the petitioner cannot be countenanced by this Court.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 10.02.2025 nsl To 1.
