ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This is an application for condoning the delay of 44 days in preferring the appeal.

2. Counsel for respondents 1 to 3 states that if the Court is inclined to condone the delay, the Court may keep open all the rights and contentions of respondents 1 to 3 to oppose the appeal on merits.

3. Keeping open all rights and contentions of respondents and for reasons mentioned in paragraph 5 of the affidavit in support, delay of 44 days is condoned.
