Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to act upon the petitioners' representation dated 15.05.2025 and issue Revenue Patta to 1/4
the petitioners' lands being agricultural lands admeasuring about 1.82.5 hectares (4.50 acres) comprised in Survey No.217/5 situated in A.Settipalli village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District by deleting the erroneous entry of Anadeenam in the UDR Register within a time frame to be stipulated by this court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to act upon the petitioners' representation dated 15.05.2025 and issue Revenue Patta to the petitioners' lands being agricultural lands admeasuring about 1.82.5 hectares (4.50 acres) comprised in Survey No.217/5 situated in A.Settipalli village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District by deleting the erroneous entry of Anadeenam in the UDR Register within a time frame to be stipulated by this court. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement 2/4
to that effect in the case bundle.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
