This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(a), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.25996 of 2024 on 28.10.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai on all working days for a period of thirty (30) days. A.D. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have not complied regularly with the condition and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(a), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.25996 of 2024 on 28.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
