This petition is filed to condone the delay of 338 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Though caveat for the respondent entered appearance and the name has been printed in the cause-list, none present before this Court on behalf of the respondent.

The delay is 338 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 338 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
