The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 104 days in filing the Written Statement by the applicants in C.S.No.148 of 2024.

2. Mr.M.Balakrishna, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
