ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2025, sent for removing the petitioner's name from FIR No.807/2017 on the file of the third respondent from the police maintenance for verification records.
2. Without expressing view / opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, the second respondent is directed to dispose the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.09.2025 seeking removal of his name in the FIR registered in Crime No.807 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of. No costs.
