O R D E R

By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to consider his representation dated 25.07.2024 seeking restoration of the power connection in respect of service connections Nos.15 and 36 .

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is a co-owner of the property which is subject matter of the dispute in O.S.No.546 of 2022. The power connection in respect of the subject matter of the property was dis-connected by the official respondents on the request made by one of the co-owner. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 25.07.2024 seeking restoration of the power connections and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.Mr.S.Madhusudanan, learned Standing Counsel (TNEB), takes notice for the respondents.

5. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court, 2/4

without going into the entitlement or right of the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
