This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 15.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28224 of 2024 that "Para 7(b) the petitioner shall stay at Neyveli and report before the Neyveli Town Police Station daily at 10.30 am., until further orders." https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 25 days and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in this matter.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28224 of 2024 on 15.11.2024 in 7(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupathur, on 03.02.2025 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court, concerned.
