This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide proceedings No.B3/81249/2024 dated 03.12.2024 and consequently directing the 1st respondent to return forthwith petitioner original license bearing No.TN 22 20060011389 without any endorsement.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has received the license on 05.02.2025 from the respondents authorities.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the suspension period got over on 04.02.2025 and the original license was handed over to the petitioner on 05.02.2025. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. 2/4

4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
