ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a direction to respondents 1 to 6 to disburse full pension and gratuity by counting 50 percent of the service rendered by the petitioner as full time Gramakkavalan (Thalayari) for the period between 01.03.1986 and 31.05.1995 and counting 100 percentage of service rendered by the petitioner as Village Assistant, Office Assistant and Record Clerk, for the period 01.06.1995 to 31.11.2024 (totally 34 years and 3 months) with arrears

and interest.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the sixth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
